Refund policy
If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll sort it.
Because every Bull & Barrel item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong item by mistake
We’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- We’ve sent the wrong gear
To make a claim:

- Include your order number
- Tell us what’s gone wrong
- Attach a clear photo(s) if the item is damaged or faulty
Important bits:
- Claims must be made within 21 days of purchase
- We may update this policy from time to time
- For the longest life from your gear, follow the care instructions included with your order
