Refund policy

If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll sort it.

Because every Bull & Barrel item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake

We’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • We’ve sent the wrong gear

To make a claim:

  • Contact hi@bullandbarrel.co.uk
  • Include your order number
  • Tell us what’s gone wrong
  • Attach a clear photo(s) if the item is damaged or faulty

Important bits:

  • Claims must be made within 21 days of purchase
  • We may update this policy from time to time
  • For the longest life from your gear, follow the care instructions included with your order
